Raspberry and Peach Smoothie

This delicious and beautiful smoothie has a layer of creamy raspberry smoothie, topped by a layer of peach smoothie for a perfectly creamy and tasty breakfast or snack.

It is perfect for a morning breakfast smoothie, or an afternoon snack. It has a layer of raspberry smoothie, topped with a layer of peach smoothie for a delicious and pretty smoothie that you’ll love.

This smoothie starts with a creamy raspberry smoothie, that has frozen raspberries, half a banana, milk, yogurt and ice blended up into a gorgeous pink smoothie layer. Top that with a layer of peach smoothie made with frozen peaches, the rest of your banana, orange juice, yogurt and ice. To make a delicious and beautiful peach layer.

This smoothie doesn’t have any added sugar, but if you think it needs to be sweetened up a little you could add a little sugar or honey to each layer.

Be sure to carefully pour the top layer into the cup so that it doesn’t fully mix with the bottom layer as you’re pouring and you’ll get this beautiful layered smoothie as a result!

INGREDIENTS:

For the Raspberry Layer:

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries

  • ½ large banana

  • ¼ cup vanilla yogurt (or raspberry)

  • ¼ cup milk

  • ½ cup ice

For the Peach Layer:

  • 1 cup frozen peaches

  • ½ large banana

  • ¼ cup vanilla yogurt (or peach)

  • ¼ cup orange juice

  • ½ cup ice

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Blend your frozen raspberries, banana, yogurt, milk and ice until smooth. Scrape down the sides as needed. Add a little more milk if its too thick.

  2. Pour smoothie equally into 2 or 3 glasses.

  3. Rinse our your blender.

  4. Blend your frozen peaches, banana, yogurt, orange juice and ice until smooth. Scrape down the sides as needed. Add a little more orange juice if the smoothie is too thick.

  5. Carefully pour the peach layer on top of the raspberry layer.

  6. Serve immediately.
