This Key Lime Pie Smoothie has all the flavor of tart, rich pie without the guilt. Greek yogurt, almond milk and other goodie blended together with a whipped cream and graham cracker sprinkle!
2 5.3-ounce containers key lime Greek yogurt
¼ cup packed baby spinach
½ cup pineapple chunks
1 cup almond milk
2 tablespoons key lime juice
1 lime wedge
1-2 cups ice
½ cup crushed graham crackers for garnish
Whipped cream for garnish
Add all ingredients through lime juice to a blender, pulse to puree.
Add ice to reach desired consistency. Pulse to blend.
Place graham cracker crumbs on a small plate.
Run lime wedge around edge of 2 glasses. Dip edges in graham cracker crumbs.
Pour smoothie into glasses.
Garnish with whipped cream and sprinkle with more graham cracker crumbs
