  • 5 oz carrots - chopped

  • 1 banana - peeled

  • 3 tbsp walnuts

  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 cup water

  • 1 cup ice

Blend until smooth and enjoy.
