Orange and Carrot Smoothie

This healthy orange carrot smoothie is blended with pineapple, oatmeal and Greek yogurt for a protein and fiber filling breakfast!

Carrots are the star of this show. Sweetened with orange juice and pineapple, which complements carrots perfectly, it has a great citrus zip. We always add plain Greek yogurt and oats to our breakfast smoothies. The added protein and fiber makes them filling enough to keep you feeling full and energized until your next meal.


  • 1 cup orange juice

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1 cup sliced carrots

  • 1 cup pineapple chunks

Blend until smooth.
