Avocado & Chocolate Shake

This rich, healthy avocado chocolate shake recipe is dairy-free and gets its creaminess from avocado instead of ice cream.


  • 1 ripe avocado

  • 1 1/2 cups vanilla almond milk

  • 3 tbs unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 3 tbs maple syrup

  • 2 tbs nondairy semisweet chocolate chips

  • 1 tbs vanilla extract and a cup of ice.

Blend until smooth and enjoy :-)
