A blueberry melon protein smoothie is an easy breakfast recipe that is perfect to start into a successful week.

 

 

 

Blend until smooth:

 

  • 1 cup of blueberries

  • 1 cup of cantaloupe

  • 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt

  • a scoop of vanilla protein powder.
