This Spiced Pear Smoothie is screaming out fall!

  • 1 pear cored and diced, half of a banana

  • 1/4 cup oats

  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt

  • 3/4 cup milk

  • 1 TBS honey

  • 5-6 ice cubes

Blend until smooth.
