Sometimes the best recipes are the ones with the shortest ingredient list!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cantaloupe, seeded, peeled, and chopped

  • ¼ cup tightly packed cilantro, rinsed & drained

  • 1-inch piece of ginger, finely grated

  • 1 cup skim milk
